Andy is passionate about the power of technology when applied effectively to
improving individual, team and organisational performance.
With years of practical experience at the highest level as a senior HRD in
several global organisations, Andy understands and articulates the issues faced by
HR departments and line managers. It's this real-world insight which then forms
the basis of our solution design, reins in any excessive "digital enthusiasm"
and ensures that what we produce really does work in the real world.
With over 10 years Digital & HR experience, Neil is an expert translator speaking both 'client' and 'technology' fluently.
He makes sure the challenges our clients are facing are understood thoroughly and ensures that our solutions are always developed and tailored to meet exact needs. He's also the one we let out most, so chances are you'll get to meet him as soon as you decide to work with us and he'll stay with you over the long-term as our relationship grows – his phone is never off.
Pete is our lead technologist, resident genius and much more besides.
He is an expert in a variety of leading edge development technologies, including mobile and the very latest in web (he's been programming since the day his eyes opened), and as a classically trained fine artist Pete's eye for design is unrivalled. He constantly pushes us to produce the very best when delivering for our clients, always pulling out all the stops to absolutely ensure our solutions look and do exactly as required.
Ben is responsible for our brand and ensures we represent ourselves in a way that our clients understand and believe in.
He is passionate about technology and dedicates a proportion of his time to exploring the new approaches we're capable of taking, constantly evaluating the art-of-the-possible against the art-of-the-practical. This means we never become technology-focused to the detriment of solutions that actually work.

Kath has a wealth of experience in HR, derived from various senior HR roles in a global telecoms company; the establishment of their first HR Shared Service; global HR transformation, and eventually a place on the UK board.
This led onto her becoming Head of HR Service and then Managing Director of an HR Services Outsourcing Business in the UK. Following a couple of years in Dallas, Texas as NA HR Lead and Head of Global HR Services, Kath returned to the UK and has since worked independently with a number of clients on transformation projects; executive search and selection; talent identification and supporting the delivery of government transformation projects as part of a cabinet office initiative. She is also An Aspire Foundation Mentor and fellow of the RSA.
She joined the IMHR team in 2015 to further enhance our capability to diagnose complex people challenges and deliver the very best in technology-enhanced solutions.
Kath is keen on keeping fit; has climbed Kilimanjaro; run 6 marathons; loves to ski and mountain bike; and is planning a two week dog sledding expedition to the Arctic Circle
